A joint cooperation agreement between the Teachers\u2019 Reserve Fund Institute and Rahavaran Fonoun Petrochemical Company was signed in the presence of the CEOs of both organizations, with the aim of developing human capital, enhancing professional competencies, improving organizational performance, and leveraging the specialized capacities of the two parties.<\/p>\n
According to the Public Relations Department of the Teachers\u2019 Reserve Fund Institute, the signing ceremony was attended by Ali Sadeghi, CEO of the Teachers\u2019 Reserve Fund Institute; Mohammad Amin Zarei, Member of the Board of Directors; Hassan Mozaffari, Deputy for Finance and Human Capital; and Goudarz Alibakhshi, Advisor for Training and Human Capital Development of the Institute. Also present were Alireza Zibanenejad Rad, CEO of Rahavaran Fonoun Petrochemical Company, and Ziaeddin Shojaei Borhan, Advisor to the CEO of the company.<\/p>\n
Speaking at the signing ceremony, the CEO of the Teachers\u2019 Reserve Fund Institute emphasized the pivotal role of human capital in achieving the Institute\u2019s objectives and stated: \u201cThe Teachers\u2019 Reserve Fund Institute defines its mission as serving the country\u2019s community of educators, and this objective cannot be realized without relying on specialized, committed, and capable human resources.\u201d<\/p>\n
Referring to the significance of the agreement, Sadeghi added that the signing of this memorandum will pave the way for extensive scientific, professional, and operational cooperation in areas related to human capital. He noted: \u201cPartnering with a knowledge-based and specialized company such as Rahavaran Fonoun Petrochemical provides a valuable opportunity to systematize human capital development processes within our organization.\u201d<\/p>\n
He further emphasized: \u201cThrough this collaboration, we seek to take effective steps toward enhancing the competencies of managers and employees, improving organizational performance, and ultimately delivering more effective services to our esteemed educators.\u201d<\/p>\n
At the ceremony, the Advisor to the CEO of Rahavaran Fonoun Petrochemical Company highlighted the company\u2019s valuable experience in the field of human capital development, stating: \u201cWith years of experience in designing and implementing assessment systems, competency development frameworks, and human resource management consulting, Rahavaran Fonoun Petrochemical considers itself a strategic partner for the Teachers\u2019 Reserve Fund Institute.\u201d<\/p>\n
Shojaei Borhan added: \u201cWe believe that human capital is the most value\u2011creating asset of any organization. This memorandum provides a platform for transferring our knowledge, experience, and specialized capabilities toward empowering the workforce of one of the country\u2019s most influential institutions in the field of educators\u2019 welfare.\u201d<\/p>\n
The main areas of cooperation outlined in the agreement include the design and implementation of in-service training programs for employees and managers; development and execution of internship and traineeship programs; individual, managerial, and professional development of employees and managers; design and implementation of competency assessment systems; establishment and management of assessment and development centers; evaluation of individual, managerial, and organizational performance; and the provision of consulting services related to human capital improvement and organizational excellence.<\/p>\n
