He emphasized that this experience demonstrated that even in difficult circumstances, through empathy, strategic planning, and effective management, it is possible to maintain the cycle of production and wealth creation.<\/p>\n
According to the Public Relations office of the Teachers\u2019 Reserve Fund, Ali Sadeghi stated that the Kimia Pars Middle East Petrochemical Company had entered a \u201cnormal shutdown\u201d and planned stoppage in \u00a0Azar 1404, necessitated by the cessation of gas feedstock due to cold weather and the conditions resulting from the Third Imposed War. He explained that their approach was to actively manage the situation and convert this forced stoppage into a strategic opportunity for technical enhancement and increased operational readiness.<\/p>\n
The CEO of the institution specified that with the planning in place, the focus shifted to comprehensive safety measures, major overhauls, and the reconstruction of critical process equipment. A large-scale project was initiated to modernize the complex\u2019s operational infrastructure, aiming to not only return the unit to the production circuit but also to establish a foundation for improved productivity and operational stability.<\/p>\n
Sadeghi continued, noting that during this period, a series of specialized actions were undertaken, relying on the knowledge, experience, and technical capabilities of internal experts. These measures included the reconstruction of key equipment, the resolution of critical process bottlenecks, optimization of unit performance, the replacement of necessary catalysts, and the upgrading of the complex\u2019s operational readiness level.<\/p>\n
Highlighting the direct role of the institution\u2019s management and the Petrofarhang Holding in accelerating the complex\u2019s relaunch, he stated: \u201cWith continuous follow-up by the Teachers\u2019 Reserve Fund, precise planning and operational support from Petrofarhang Holding, as well as the readiness and cooperation of the complex\u2019s workers and technical personnel, the implementation operations were resumed swiftly as conditions relatively normalized following the Third Imposed War, and all remaining tasks were completed in the shortest possible time.\u201d<\/p>\n
The CEO emphasized that the return of Kimia Pars Middle East Petrochemical to the production circuit is a testament to the regenerative capacity, resilience, and high potential of the Teachers\u2019 Reserve Fund\u2019s subsidiaries in overcoming complex conditions and maintaining the path of profitability and value creation.<\/p>\n
Referring to the position of the petrochemical industry within the institution\u2019s economic portfolio, he added: \u201cThe petrochemical sector is considered one of the primary drivers of profitability and wealth creation for the members of the Teachers\u2019 Reserve Fund. Consequently, the rapid return of production complexes to operational status is consistently a strategic priority for the group.\u201d<\/p>\n
Sadeghi concluded by noting that within this framework, the Sabalan Petrochemical Company also resumed its production activities last week.
