The Annual General Meeting of Seko International Trading Company for the fiscal year ending in Shahrivar 1404 was held with the presence of shareholders, independent auditor and legal inspector.
At this meeting, which was chaired by Ali Lotfi, Amir Azari, the CEO of the company, presented the board of directors’ report on the company’s performance in the fiscal year ending in Shahrivar 1404.
At the end of this meeting, the financial statements and the board of directors’ report were approved by the meeting and Iran Newspaper was designated as the company’s official newspaper.
