The annual general meeting of Iranian Power Plant Process Management Company was held.

According to the Public Relations and Brand Development of Petrofarhang Holding, Ali Asghar Salehi, the CEO of the company, presented a comprehensive report on the financial and operational performance of Mafna in the past fiscal year and explained the company’s activities and future plans.

In his report to the board of directors, Salehi said to the assembly: The company’s profitability in the fiscal year ending in Shahrivar 1404 has grown significantly by 117 percent compared to the previous year; a growth that has been the result of implementing development projects and improving productivity in various sectors.

He said: The company is on the path to obtaining admission from the Securities and Exchange Organization, and offering a portion of Mafna’s shares in the capital market is one of the company’s important plans.

Salehi also mentioned the launch and operation of the Esfandaghe 2 solar power plant with a capacity of 10 MW in Farvardin 1404, and mentioned the overhaul of the Gachsaran power plant and obtaining a permit to construct the Mahan 1 and 2 solar power plants in Kerman province as other key actions of the company in the past fiscal year.

He continued by mentioning the company’s future plans and said: The construction of the Mahan 1 and 2 solar power plants in the fiscal year ending Shahrivar 31, 1405 is one of the most important projects currently being implemented by Mafna. He also listed maintaining and continuing production at the Gachsaran power plant, conducting feasibility studies for the construction of two new solar power plants, and examining the construction of a 25 MW gas power plant as other development axes of the company in the coming year.

The CEO emphasized; These programs are in line with the policies announced by Petrofarhang Holding and the Farhangian Reserve Fund Institute to develop the capacity of solar power plants across the country, so that by achieving the production of 400 megawatts of solar electricity over the next three years, we can take steps towards eliminating the national energy imbalance.

Finally, after presenting the board of directors’ report and reviewing the financial statements, the assembly approved the financial statements as of Shahrivar 31, 1404, by a majority vote, and Donyaye Eqtesad newspaper was designated as the company’s official newspaper.
