Crisis Management Committee Meeting Held at Sepehr Energy Company

A meeting of the Crisis Management Committee was held at Sepehr Energy Company, attended by managers from the Teachers’ Reserve Fund Institution, senior executives of Sepehr Energy Company, and the CEOs of its subsidiaries. During the meeting, the latest status of the companies’ preparedness in the areas of crisis management, safety, and continuity of operational activities was reviewed and assessed.

According to the Public Relations Department of the Teachers’ Reserve Fund Institution, the managers present at the meeting provided reports on the measures taken to enhance the safety levels of petrochemical and industrial sites affiliated with Sepehr Energy. Reviewing the condition of critical infrastructure, sensitive production equipment, backup systems, and emergency response plans were among the key topics discussed during the session.

The members of the Crisis Management Committee also examined the preventive measures undertaken to protect human resources, safeguard physical assets, and maintain production stability across subsidiary companies, with particular focus on the special conditions resulting from the recent war and regional developments. In this regard, emphasis was placed on the necessity of continuously updating crisis management scenarios and enhancing the level of operational preparedness.

Another part of the meeting was devoted to reviewing plans related to the safe storage of company products and outputs. The CEOs of the subsidiary companies, while presenting reports on the status of strategic reserves, storage capacities, and the measures anticipated to ensure the continuity of supply chains and product delivery, outlined the readiness of the entities under their management.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the importance of coordination and synergy among the Teachers’ Reserve Fund Institution, Sepehr Energy Company, and its subsidiaries in managing crisis situations was emphasized. It was agreed that monitoring programs, risk assessment, and the enhancement of safety standards should be pursued continuously so that, alongside protecting human resources and organizational assets, the continuity of production and company operations can be guaranteed under all circumstances.
