The Acting Managing Director of the Cultural Teachers Investment Fund, emphasizing trusteeship of teachers’ capital, announced the drafting of regulations on appointments and compensation, the cessation of all preferential and directed recruitments, the evaluation of managers’ performance using precise quantitative metrics, and the submission of transparent quarterly reports to the capital owners.
According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of the Cultural Teachers Investment Fund, Ali Ahmadi, during a meeting with members of the Fund who had raised demands — attended by the Chairman of the Board, deputies, and directors of the Fund — stated: “Given my ethical and professional commitment to safeguarding the assets of teachers, I declare without reservation that all affairs of the Fund will proceed on the basis of discipline, full transparency, and scientific principles.”
He emphasized: “With the cooperation of experts, the regulations of the Appointments Committee, compensation, and recruitment mechanisms are being finalized. I give a firm commitment to the teaching community and members of the Fund that there will be no preferential or imposed recruitments. In the event of any new recruitment, absolute priority will undoubtedly be given to the families of teachers.”
Drafting the Company Atlas and Reviewing Projects Based on Expert Evaluation
In response to the concerns of Fund members regarding the restructuring of subsidiaries, the Acting Managing Director stated: “Island-like behavior within the Fund has ended, and all subsidiaries are required to operate in accordance with unified headquarters regulations.”
Ahmadi identified the restructuring of companies and organizational streamlining as among the most important strategies of the new period. He stated: “A comprehensive and up-to-date Company Atlas has been prepared, and a 10- to 15-year future study is underway to determine the status of mergers, continuation, or cessation of company activities.”
He added: “Under the current conditions, I have instructed that no new projects be defined without economic justification, as the national economy lacks the resilience for previous chains, and every decision must have precise economic and numerical justification.”
Only Specialized, Clean-Handed, and Qualified Managers Will Remain
Stating that management in the Fund will be based on quantitative indicators rather than qualitative or general reports, Ahmadi declared: “We will not show favoritism or hesitation toward anyone. All current managers must enter the evaluation process.”
He noted: “For this purpose, a model consisting of 13 modules and 32 performance minors has been developed so that the performance of each manager is measured based on numbers and figures. Only specialized, clean-handed, and qualified managers will remain in the managerial body.”
Transparent Quarterly Written Reporting to Fund Members
Referring to the establishment of the Supreme Legal Council for organizing tax, legal, and expenditure discipline affairs, the Acting Managing Director stated: “Our resources are limited while expenditures are unlimited; therefore, maximum cost optimization and control are on the agenda.”
Ahmadi added: “At the end of each quarter, we will provide written and transparent performance reports, situation analysis, and the roadmap dashboard to the members of the Cultural Teachers Investment Fund and the public.”
