Following Ahmad Dehghan’s resignation from the position of CEO of Energy Sepehr Holding one month ago due to personal reasons and his repeated insistence on the matter, the Board of Directors and the CEO of Petrofarhang Holding have accepted the resignation.
According to the Public Relations and Brand Development Department of Petrofarhang Holding, today, Wednesday, 18 Shahrivar 1405, based on the decision of the Board of Directors, the management of Energy Sepehr’s affairs has been assigned to Seyed Mohammad Hashemi-Kia until the final status of the holding is determined.
It is worth noting that 51% of Energy Sepehr’s shares are held by Petrofarhang Holding, while the remaining 49% are owned by Sepehr Financial Group, affiliated with Bank Saderat Iran.
The subsidiaries of Energy Sepehr include Petrochemical Sablan, Siraf Energy, Lavan Chemical, as well as Seko Global Trading Company and Qotb Petrochemical Sepehr Lavan.
