Petrofarhang Holding’s “Petrochemical Industry Excellence” evaluation meeting was held

The Petrochemical Industry Excellence Award evaluation meeting was held with the presence of Fahimeh Abdi, the secretary of this award, and the evaluation team selected by the National Petrochemical Company of Iran, aiming to measure the level of organizational maturity, review management systems and key processes, and the degree of alignment of activities with the requirements of the EFQM2025 excellence model. The evaluation opening meeting was held with the presence of Javad Zarepour, CEO of Petrofarhang Holding, deputies, and senior managers of the holding, lead evaluator Mahmoud Oliaei, Arash Kakavand, Hassan Abdollahzadeh, and Bahman Bazgir as evaluators. Management systems, processes, performance indicators, and the extent to which activities conform to the petrochemical industry excellence models were reviewed in this evaluation. Petrofarhang, by participating in this round of evaluation, once again demonstrated its determination to establish management standards, improve processes, and move purposefully on the path of sustainable development of the petrochemical industry. This evaluation of the holding will pave the way for synergy among different sectors and upgrade the level of competitiveness in the complex and dynamic environment of the industry. The Petrochemical Industry Excellence Award has been held since 1388 with the aim of identifying, introducing, and appreciating the top companies in the industry based on the EFQM organizational excellence model.
