In the annual audit conducted by the Employment and Labor Office of the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone, among 52 active industrial units — of which 10 were selected as top petrochemical companies — Petrofarhang Holding was chosen as the “Exemplary Labor Holding.”
According to the Public Relations and Brand Development Department of Petrofarhang Holding, on Tuesday, 7 Mehr 1405 (September 29, 2026), during the ceremony and based on a specialized evaluation, Hamidreza Sabzi, the Holding’s Human Capital Manager, was also awarded the title of “Top Human Resources Manager” of the region.
This achievement was attained through a precise assessment of indicators such as organizational resilience, retention of human capital during crises, reduction of accidents and safety risks, and effective policies for attracting and employing specialized and local workforce in the region.
Receiving these titles reflects the Holding’s elevated standing in specialized human resources areas and its success in implementing modern management models.
