Announcement of the time for printing the admission card and holding the Petrofarhang Holding recruitment exam for the year 1404

According to the Public Relations of Petrofarhang Holding, quoting the National Organization of Educational Testing as the executor of the Petrofarhang Holding recruitment exam in 1404, the exam will be held on the morning of Thursday, 1404/11/16, in 31 provincial centers and 2 counties (as per the list of names in Table 1 below this announcement).

  • How and when to print the exam admission card: The exam admission card will be available for viewing and printing on the information portal of the National Organization of Educational Testing at www.sanjesh.org from Monday, 1404/11/13. To participate in the exam session, exam applicants must visit the mentioned portal on the specified dates as described above, and by entering their identity information (first name, last name, national ID number, birth year, etc.) or registration information (file number, serial number, tracking code, etc.), print a copy of their exam admission card and proceed to the respective examination center based on the address and time designated on the card. If an applicant fails to print their exam admission card due to not having the required volunteer number, file number, or tracking code, they must visit the organization’s information portal, enter the response system, select the exam name, define the subject of inquiry, and proceed to retrieve the information related to their file number, volunteer number, or registration tracking code. It is possible for applicants to have membership in the response system. Therefore, it is necessary for applicants who have lost the above information to recover this information by becoming members of this system.
  • If any discrepancy is observed in the contents of the exam admission card, applicants must act as follows: 1- Considering that applicants’ identity information is received from the National Organization for Civil Registration system, it is not possible to edit the identity information. Therefore, if there is a discrepancy in the information stated in the sections (last name, first name, birth date, ID number, and national ID code) of your exam admission card, it is necessary to follow up on the discrepancies through the civil registration office of your residential area. 2- If there is a discrepancy in the information stated in (special points, degree level, code and title of study field, local status, duration of work experience, and company name) on your exam admission card, you can exclusively visit this organization’s information portal (edit card information section) maximum by 1404/11/16 and proceed to correct the items through there. 3- If you have objections regarding the items detailed below, it is necessary to visit the defect resolution unit of the respective center based on the address listed in Table No. 2 (below this announcement) on Wednesday, 1404/11/15, from 8:30 to 12:00 in the morning and 14:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon: 3-1- If your volunteer number, either in numerical or alphabetical form, is illegible. 3-2- If your exam admission card is missing a photo or the photo on it has defects such as: lacking a stamp, unclear photo, or wrong photo, in which case it is necessary to bring a printout of the exam admission card, 2 4×3 photos, and a national ID card or photo ID booklet, go to the representative of the National Organization of Educational Testing stationed at the defect resolution unit of the respective center according to the announced time and date, and follow up on the issue until the problem is resolved. Otherwise, you will be considered a violator. 3-3- If you object to the sections (gender and disability/severity). Note: If you want to apply the disability section or correct the severity of the disability, you must obtain a special disability form from the welfare office of your residence and submit it to the defect resolution unit so that necessary actions can be taken in this regard. Furthermore, other information stated on each applicant’s exam admission card is considered based on the information entered in the registration application completed by the applicant themselves. Reminder: For more information on the exam regulations, applicants should read the exam participation guide leaflet which is available on this organization’s information portal, thoroughly.
  • Important reminders 1- The exam execution process will begin exactly at 8:00 AM. The entrance doors of the examination centers will close exactly at 7:30 AM. Therefore, applicants will be prevented from entering the premises or examination halls after the entrance doors are closed. 2- At the time of attending the exam session, bringing a printout of the exam admission card, as well as the original national ID card or original photo ID booklet, is mandatory. Note: Applicants who do not bring their original national ID card or original photo ID booklet will be prevented from entering the exam session. 3- To attend the exam session, each applicant must bring, in addition to the printout of the exam admission card and original national ID card or original photo ID booklet, a few soft, dark black pencils, a pencil sharpener, an eraser, and a pin or needle. 4- Applicants must strictly refrain from bringing extra items such as handbags, carrier bags, pagers, mobile phones, smartwatches, smart wristbands, smart rings, walkie-talkies, books, booklets, calculators, remote controls, any kind of notes, and the like, as well as personal items, to the exam session. Bringing any of the items listed in this section is considered cheating and a violation, and the respective applicants will be dealt with according to the law on handling violations and crimes in national exams, part of which is mentioned in section “D”. 5- It must be emphasized that bringing any unauthorized items such as electronic communication devices and devices with memory, including mobile phones, smartwatches, smart wristbands, smart rings (even if turned off) into the exam session according to the law on handling violations and crimes in national exams, leads to disqualification from the exam selection. 6- Taking exam materials outside (answer sheet, exam admission card, or question booklet) from the exam session is considered a violation, and applicants who commit this violation will be dealt with according to regulations. 7- Defacing and tearing the answer sheet, not providing the answer sheet on time, and delaying the delivery of exam documents are inherently instances of violation and cheating, and violating applicants will be dealt with in accordance with the law on handling violations and crimes in national exams. 8- Observing Islamic dress code in the exam center is mandatory. 9- Please cooperate with the responsible personnel for physical inspection and matching the photo with the person. 10- The examination center is unable to receive any extra items such as mobile phones, calculators, handbags, carrier bags, books, booklets, etc., so it is strongly recommended that you strictly avoid bringing other items besides those announced in the announcement (printout of the card, exam participation guide leaflet, and identification documents). 11- In case of any problems in the exam execution process, you must submit a request maximum by 1404/11/23 through this organization’s internet response system at https://request.sanjesh.org. Obviously, requests received after the above date will not be verifiable or trackable.
  • Law on handling violations and crimes in national exams. Article 5- Violations and crimes in this law consist of the following: A- Committing any act that causes disorder in holding the exam or bringing any unauthorized device such as electronic communication devices and devices with memory. B- Committing any act against regulations that taints the applicant’s exam scientifically, such as: 1- Providing a forged document or certificate or an image of a forged certificate to participate in the exam. 2- Colluding with applicants or individuals outside the examination center or exam personnel, such as executive agents and question designers, to commit a violation in the exam. 3- Registering in the exam with a forged identity or attending the exam session instead of the original applicant. C- Using any unauthorized device such as electronic communication devices and devices with memory. D- Assisting the applicant outside the exam regulations to answer the questions. E- Unauthorized access to applicants’ information or unauthorized use of it. F- Any unauthorized alteration of questions, papers, and applicants’ answer sheets or other documents and booklets related to the exam. G- Disclosing the exam questions or attempting to obtain and disclose them, or participating or assisting in this matter before or during the exam in any way. H- Buying or selling exam questions or their answers, or participating or assisting in this matter before or during the exam, regardless of whether the questions or their answers are real or fake. Article 6- The violation handling boards have the authority to issue sentences for the following punishments for violators: A- Regarding those subject to section (A) of Article (5): Written warning inserted in the applicant’s file and announcement to relevant authorities, or disqualification from selection in the exam of the same year. B- Regarding those subject to section (B) or section (C) of Article (5): Disqualification from scientific selection in the exam of the same year, annulment of the applicant’s acceptance in the same year, and disqualification from participating in the exam for one to ten years later. Note- The verdicts of the preliminary boards, except regarding those subject to section (A) of Article (6) of this law, are subject to appeal in the exam violations appellate board. Article 7- Regarding those subject to sections (D), (E), (F), (G), and (H) of Article (5), the handling boards will refer the accused to the courts of justice for trial and application of a cash fine from ten million (10,000,000) Rials to one billion (1,000,000,000) Rials, or imprisonment from one to five years, or both punishments. Article 8- Committing any of the acts subject to Article (5), if done in the form of membership in a group or network, leads to intensified punishment, and the founder and leader of the group or network will be sentenced to the maximum punishment. The punishment for any of the members who have no involvement in committing the above violations and crimes is, depending on the case, the minimum punishment mentioned for the perpetrator. Article 9- Trial in exam violation handling boards does not prevent trial according to other penal laws or trial in administrative violation handling boards, or disciplinary boards for faculty members, or university student disciplinary committees, and the perpetrator, in addition to the punishment stated in Articles (6) and (7) of this law, will be sentenced to the punishment stipulated in other laws and regulations. Article 10- In the event of definitive conviction of an individual to one of the punishments stated in this law, except for the punishment stated in section (A) of Article (6), the exam violations handling board will annul their acceptance in the exam. In this case, the relevant educational institution will refrain from issuing and granting any certificate or degree to them, and if a graduation certificate has been granted to them, the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, or the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education, or the Ministry of Education, or Islamic Azad University are obliged to annul that certificate. Article 11- If, through technical and scientific reviews, unconventional and fundamental discrepancies are evident between the applicant’s acquired scores and rank and their educational background, such as a mismatch between their high school and pre-university GPA and their acquired rank and score in the exam, with the confirmation of the preliminary boards handling exam violations, the applicant will be re-examined in one or more general and specialized subjects. Determining the final status of this applicant’s exam based on the results of the re-examination is the responsibility of the preliminary board. Article 12- Any institution or scientific and educational academy that operates to increase the preparedness of applicants participating in the exams discussed in this law, if it participates in the violations of Article (5), its establishment license will be revoked, and their managing directors, in addition to permanent deprivation from establishing and managing such centers, will be sentenced to the punishments foreseen in this law and other laws. If the institution or academy lacks a license, the punishment for their managing directors is the maximum punishment stated in Article (6). Note- Regarding academies that lack a license, in addition to the action of the relevant legal authorities, the public prosecutor can also independently declare a crime and pursue their violations.
