The 11th Human Capital Managers’ Think Tank Meeting of the Group Companies was held with the participation of the heads of human resources units and hosted by Sabalan Petrochemical. During the meeting, Morvarid Petrochemical, Sabalan Petrochemical, and Kimia Pars Middle East Petrochemical respectively ranked first to third in the Group Companies’ Process Audit.
In this session, the Holding’s Human Capital Director emphasized the importance of auditing human resources processes and measuring employee attitudes, describing these measures as effective tools for identifying strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement in the human capital processes of the Group Companies.
Referring to the fact that the Human Resources Process Audit has been conducted for the third consecutive year in the Group Companies, he stressed the continuation of these evaluations and the use of their results to enhance performance and improve human resources processes.
In the continuation of the meeting, the selected companies and outstanding staff in the Group Companies’ Process Audit were appreciated. Based on the evaluation results, Morvarid Petrochemical ranked first, Sabalan Petrochemical ranked second, and Kimia Pars Middle East Petrochemical ranked third.
