Continuing the implementation process of the Siraf Energy Petrochemical Company project, the secondary reformer reactor of this complex was successfully installed.
This 240-ton equipment with a height of 20 meters and a diameter of 7 meters is considered one of the key components of the reforming unit and plays an important role in improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
According to Siraf Energy Petrochemical Company’s public relations report, the reactor was designed completely domestically and built by specialists from Arak Machinery Company. The installation process was also carried out at the project site using specialized heavy lifting and installation equipment, under the supervision of the company’s executive team.
Hasan Nozhat, CEO of Siraf Energy Petrochemical Company, referring to the importance of this stage, said: “Installing the secondary reformer reactor is a symbol of the capabilities of domestic industries in designing, manufacturing and installing strategic petrochemical equipment and is an important step in the progress of the Siraf Energy project.”
He added: “Relying on domestic engineering and construction capabilities, while reducing dependence on foreign resources, has made it possible to reduce costs and accelerate project implementation.”
