The CEO of the Teachers’ Reserve Fund, while announcing the upcoming results of the Petrofarhang employment exam for recruiting personnel at Sabalan Petrochemical, stated: “The final three months of the fiscal year are a decisive period for the group’s performance. Furthermore, corporate restructuring, budget realization, cost control, following up on legal cases, and completing unfinished projects are among the institution’s current top priorities.”
According to the Public Relations Department of the Teachers’ Reserve Fund, Ali Sadeghi, the CEO of the institution, spoke on Tuesday, Khordad 26, 2026, at a quarterly conference of CEOs of holdings and subsidiary companies. While expressing condolences for the days of Muharram and the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (PBUH), he honored the memory of the country’s martyrs, the martyred leader, commanders, selfless soldiers, and student martyrs. He stated: “The institution’s path is based on the guidance of the Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors, and these guidelines serve as the Fund’s primary strategy and roadmap.”
Three Golden Months for Recording Brilliant Performance
Referring to the importance of the period remaining until the end of the fiscal year, he added: “The next three months are golden and highly significant for the Fund. By focusing on our goals, we must witness brilliant performance across all sectors. The primary indicator of performance evaluation is financial statements, and fortunately, we are in a favorable position in this area; however, budget realization and the implementation of necessary reforms will remain among our main priorities.”
Emphasizing that the eyes of the teachers are fixed on the performance of the Fund and its companies, the CEO stated: “Current expenses must be managed and controlled with special sensitivity. Sadeghi identified the follow-up of legal cases as a key strategy of this period and said: “The results of this approach have so far brought about 15 trillion Tomans in achievements for the Fund and the teachers.”
He also listed the completion of unfinished projects as another serious focus of the institution’s management, adding: “One of the important outputs of this approach is the completion of the second phase of Sabalan Petrochemical, which is ready to be inaugurated as a source of pride for the Fund and the country.”
Corporate Restructuring, Monetization, and Human Resources Discipline
Emphasizing that corporate restructuring is the only way to reform the Fund’s portfolio, the CEO of the Teachers’ Reserve Fund stated: “This program has been pursued with seriousness and has achieved approximately 65% progress so far; the Restructuring Committee must remain active and effective.”
He continued: “The issue of ownership value and the processes related to stock market listing are also being pursued as important performance indicators. Alongside this, the asset monetization program to secure liquidity is receiving serious attention.”
Sadeghi further emphasized: “Launching a comprehensive human resources system must be prioritized. Cost-saving, credit health, and compliance with transaction regulations must be observed as core management principles.”
He also announced that the results of the Petrofarhang employment exam for recruiting personnel at Sabalan would be announced next week, saying: “In this process, priority has been given to the children of teachers, and more than 50% of the successful candidates will be from this group.”
