Unveiling of Five Smart Systems of the Educators’ Reserve Fund with the Presence of the Minister of Education

In the course of the transformation of the Educators’ Reserve Fund and in line with the two major strategies of maximizing transparency and smart governance, five specialized systems were unveiled in the presence of Dr. Alireza Kazemi, Minister of Education.

These integrated, coherent, and synergistic systems have been developed with the aim of enhancing the protection of educators’ capital, increasing financial and organizational discipline, and providing data-driven decision-making infrastructure. The creation of these smart tools stems from the serious determination of Ali Sadeghi, as CEO, to move the institution towards digital transformation and strengthen transparent and trust-building communication with educators who are members of the institution.

According to the Public Relations Report of the Educators’ Reserve Fund, the Honorable Minister of Education said at this ceremony: Very positive steps have been taken in the institution that should be transparently communicated to all its members.

Ali Kazemi, referring to the good performance of the institution in addressing its challenges and problems, emphasized the importance and necessity of providing accurate, timely, and transparent information to members. While celebrating the positive steps and fundamental and effective measures taken by the institution in the path of progress and achieving its desired status, he stated: Good programs have been implemented in the Educational Reserve Fund, which we expect to be informed to all members of the institution through holding meetings and using the media.

Referring to the structural measures of the institution, holding companies, and subsidiaries, he stated: Organizing companies and mergers in holding companies and companies, amending the statute, changing the approach from entrepreneurship to shareholding, making it smart and using technology-based tools in the management of the institution, and strengthening regulatory and legal structures are among the works that will create a good future for the institution.

Regarding the situation of Sarmaye Bank, the Minister of Education said: Follow-ups have been made to organize the bank’s situation and necessary measures have been taken in this regard.

Following the unveiling ceremony of the institute’s 5 specialized systems in line with smart governance, Ali Sadeghi, as the CEO of the institute, described the launch of the systems as an important step on the path of transparency and administrative health.

Stating that careful planning has been carried out in the past year to maximize transparency and smart governance in the institute and good measures have been taken in this regard, Sadeghi stated: In this regard, the launch of 10 systems was defined in a coherent, integrated, synergistic and complementary manner, of which 5 systems will be unveiled today and now the information of the institute and its subsidiaries has been uploaded and utilized in them.

5 other systems are also in the final stages, which, trusting in God, will be put into operation by the end of this year and they will also be unveiled.

He continued: The Transactions and Resources Transparency System enables the public registration and display of transactions, online receipt of tender and auction documents, process management, and real-time statistics on the transaction process.

The CEO of the Farhangian Reserve Fund Institute added: The valuable litigation system is designed with the aim of comprehensive documentation of legal cases, instant access, online tracking of the processing process, and alerts on sensitive cases, and acts as a gateway to the legal management unit of the institution.

Sadeghi pointed to the contract management system and said: Electronic registration and archiving of all contracts of the institution and its subsidiaries is carried out in this system, which allows for precise monitoring, document integrity, and error reduction.

He continued: The property and assets system is also designed to register, document, and update the institution’s properties and assets and support the productivity program based on accurate data.

The CEO of the Farhangian Reserve Fund Institute stated: The vehicle management system is also designed to register and control the fleet, protect property, prevent additional costs, and increase productivity. Sadeghi emphasized: The launch of these systems is an important step towards clarifying performance, reducing costs, and increasing synergy in the complex, and other development programs are also on the agenda in the field of transparency. The implementation of these systems will pave the way for smart management, timely response, accurate reporting, and optimal decision-making in the Farhangian Reserve Fund Institute; an event that will not only increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the institution, but will also bring greater trust among member educators for honest, responsible, and transparent activities. Wider developments are taking place on the path to transforming the institution into what its members expect as a leading, productive, transparent, accountable, trustworthy, and credible institution, which we will move on and achieve with the help of God Almighty.
