The first specialized meeting of the Legal Steering Council of the Cultural Teachers Investment Fund was held with the participation of experts in commercial law and private law. This foundational step has been taken to protect the rights and assets of members, remove legal obstacles, revive economic capacities, and accelerate value creation for teachers.
According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of the Cultural Teachers Investment Fund, the first specialized meeting of the Legal Steering Council was held on Sunday, 3 Aban, in line with the programs announced by Dr. Ali Ahmadi, Managing Director of the Fund, aimed at safeguarding members’ rights and organizing legal cases.
Given that some of the Fund’s challenges are tied to legal issues and cases, the establishment of this Council and the utilization of experts in commercial and private law represent a fundamental measure for expert examination of issues, effective pursuit of legal claims, removal of obstacles, and protection of members’ interests.
Organizing legal affairs, in addition to safeguarding teachers’ assets, can pave the way for increased productivity, revival of suspended projects, and activation of idle assets. Ultimately, by strengthening value-creation capacity, it will facilitate the more effective realization of the Value Ownership Plan and ensure sustainable benefits for the Fund’s members.
The formation of the Legal Steering Council can be seen as a practical step in transforming the management’s announced programs into executive actions. This approach, relying on expertise, continuous follow-up, and expert decision-making, places the protection of teachers’ capital and rights at the center of attention.
